Delivery

Every print is made to order by our specialist fine art lab network. We ship worldwide; orders for the United States are printed in the USA and European orders within Europe, so your print travels a short distance and normally arrives without customs charges. Delivery is charged once per order, however many prints it contains:

• United Kingdom: £7
• United States: £12
• Canada: £15
• Europe: £10
• Rest of world: £20

Please choose your delivery destination when ordering, and allow 5 to 10 working days from order to delivery (up to 21 days for rest-of-world destinations). Where an order does cross a border, any import duties or local taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

A4 prints ship flat; A3 prints may ship rolled in a protective tube. Prints are produced edge to edge and ship unframed.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day your print arrives, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period via the contact page or by email, then return the print to the address we provide within 14 days, ideally in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost.

We will refund the full price of the print plus the original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back (or of receiving proof that you have posted it), to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us straight away, ideally with a photograph of the problem. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and cover any return costs. This is in addition to your legal rights, which are unaffected.
