Privacy policy
This policy describes how SP Wildways Photography ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit this site or place an order. This store is operated independently in the United Kingdom.
Information we collect
- Order information: when you buy a print, our payment provider Square collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We never see or store your card details.
- Contact information: if you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, and use them only to reply to you.
- Technical information: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
We use order information to fulfil and ship your order, send order confirmations, and comply with legal obligations such as tax records. We do not send marketing email and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We measure visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. Your shopping cart is stored in your own browser (local storage) and is not sent to us until you check out.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Square (Squareup International Ltd). Square processes your payment and shipping details as an independent controller for payment purposes. See Square's privacy policy.
Print fulfilment
Prints are produced and dispatched by our professional print partner, Prodigi Group Ltd (UK). To fulfil your order we share with them your name, shipping address, and the items ordered; nothing more. See Prodigi's privacy policy.
Retention
Order records are retained for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 6 years in the UK). Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be published on this page.
