Who we are

SP Wildways Photography is the trading name of Stephen Pollard, a sole trader based in Havant, Hampshire, PO9 2QG, United Kingdom. You can reach us via the contact page or at stephen100377@protonmail.com. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website.

Products and prices

Each photograph is sold as a giclée fine art print in strictly limited editions, fixed per size and stated on each product page (50 prints per size in A4 and A3; 25 in A2 where offered), printed to order on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308gsm archival paper with pigment inks, and shipped unframed. Every print includes a signed certificate of authenticity recording its unique number within the edition, printed on the same paper and shipped with the print, and also sent by email. Print №1 of every edition is retained in the artist's archive and is not sold. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes; we are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added or itemised. Delivery is charged at checkout as stated on the Delivery & Returns page.

Ordering and payment

Your order is an offer to buy, accepted when we email confirmation of your purchase. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Square; we never see or store your card details. If we cannot fulfil an order for any reason (for example, an edition has sold out), we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Your right to cancel (14 days)

As a UK consumer buying at a distance, you have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place it until 14 days after the day you receive your print, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us within that period via the contact page or by email; a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough. You then have 14 days to return the print to us at the address we provide.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the print and for taking reasonable care of it while it is in your possession; please return it in its original protective packaging. We will refund the full price plus the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the print back (or of you providing proof of return postage), using your original payment method. We may reduce the refund if the print's value has been diminished by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it.

Faulty or damaged prints

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your print arrives damaged, or is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including return costs where a return is needed.

Copyright

All photographs are the copyright of Stephen Pollard. Purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce the image.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, our liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts if you live elsewhere in the UK).

Changes

The version of these terms published at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
